Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to S.C.18.

Learned counsel for the State submits that all the admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13729 of 2019(4) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the concerned respondent with respect of his grievance, if any, before appropriate authority within two weeks.

Needless to state that if such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent authority shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days by speaking and reasoned order.

It is made clear that the concerned respondent would be solely responsible for non-compliance of this Court's order within the stipulated period as aforesaid.
