JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 Petitioner worked in the work charge establishment and retired in that capacity without being confirmed in the permanent establishment. No amount of arguments can beget him any relief or direction for payment of pension etc. because he cannot be treated as a permanent employee under the State. In view of the above, this Court will not pass any order in favour of the petitioner for pension and other retiral dues which is available to a regular employee of State.

Writ application is dismissed.
