2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 506, 504/34 of the IPC and Section 8/12 of he POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner is alleged to have tried to commit rape to the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2024.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO Court - cum - Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Gaya in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024.
