JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.738 of 2014 (3) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 The petitioners in both the writ petitions are aggrieved by the order dated 21.8.2013/29.8.2013 passed in Misc. Case No.75 of 2009 by the Deputy Registrar(Headquarter), Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna whereby the claim of the petitioners for allotment of plot raised as against the Cooperative Societies has been rejected.

The orders so passed by the Deputy Registrar (Headquarter) is appealable before the Registrar under Section 48(6) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and the petitioners would be well advised to first exhaust the alternative remedy so available to them in law.

These two writ petitions are disposed of.
