JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Mallick, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P.

Two petitioners, who are named as accused in Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 341, 323, 302, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of arrestor or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that of -course in the F.I.R. it has been alleged that petitioners were present at the time of occurrence, there is no allegation of any overt act. The overt act has been alleged against one accused namely, Lali. He further submits that petitioners are having no criminal antecedent. On aforesaid grounds a prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail.
