It appears that vide order dated 19.10.2016, the petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the passing of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 381 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the father's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43811 of 2016 (3) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 name of petitioner has wrongly been typed as Rudradeo Raj in stead of "Rudradeo Roy".

In view of the above, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, let the name of father of the petitioner be read as "Rudradeo Roy" in place of "Rudradeo Raj".
