Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 08 fo 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 326, 498A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that petitioner (husband) along with his family members killed his daughter by setting her ablaze.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. Police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner. The alleged occurrence is of 21.11.2017 and FIR is instituted on 19.01.2018. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56333 of 2018(3) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 since 19.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 79 of 2018 arising out of Kumarkhan (Bhatni O.P.) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018.
