2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guthuni P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife by burning her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2024. He further submits that the deceased has committed suicide. He next submits that the petitioner was staying outside and he has come after getting the information about the burn injury to his wife and there are two children born out of the wedlock and they are staying with

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the delay in the trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Guthuni P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
