The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. which indicates that she has joined wedlock with the petitioner on her own sweet-will.
