2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and if the allegation levelled in the FIR are treated to be true then also the allegation against the petitioner is that she had called the deceased and other co-accused persons have murdered him. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid and the fact that during investigation no eye witness has come forward, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur/ concerned Court in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025.
