The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 72/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took his son to work in his tent and asked him to climb on the electric board. The son of the informant died due to electrocution. It is submitted that the petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence. Almost all the villagers have stated that the boy himself climbed on the board and touched the electric wire in which he died.

Having considered the fact that there is an allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21904 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 against the petitioner that he took the boy to work in his tent and generator house and while the deceased, on the order of the petitioner, was putting wire on the pole touched the wire and died, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
