The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4309 of 2019, arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 20 ltrs of country made Mahua wine was seized. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2019.
