No.11724 of 2010 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.04.2013.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.11724 of 2010 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
