There is a typographical error in the order, dated 17.02.2017, passed in this Cr. Misc. No. 506 of 2017. In the second last line of last paragraph of the order, at page 2, whereby liberty was granted to the Court below to cancel the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner on nonfulfillment of the condition, it has inadvertently been typed as "the Court below shall be at liberty 'not' to cancel the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner".

Let the word 'not' be deleted and now it be read as "the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner".

The order, dated 17.02.2017, is modified the extent indicated above. Let it be informed to the Court below. Further prayer of the petitioner is that further six months' time be allowed to deposit the remaining amount in pursuance of order, dated 17.02.2017.

Prayer is allowed.
