The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excised (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Country made liquor as well as photo copy of driving license of Chandan Sah has been recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner which was being driven by his driver. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
