JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 05-05-2022 Mr. Bindhyachal Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the dispute, which is involved in the present writ application, has been referred to Bihar Cooperative Tribunal constituted under Section 39 of Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 1996. He submits that in view of the said reference, this writ application has lost its efficacy. In such background, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to pursue the matter before the said Tribunal.

This writ application is accordingly dismissed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.16128 of 2021(4) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 withdrawn with the liberty as sought.

It is indicated that we have not gone into the merits of the case and accordingly the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all such points as may be available to her before the Tribunal in support of her case.
