ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 436 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was previous enmity between the parties as a result of which there was some altercation between them. However, the injuries purported to have been inflicted are simple in nature. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29909 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 perusal of the case diary submits that there was land dispute between the parties and that whatever injuries have been reported are all simple in nature.

Considering the aforementioned facts and the nature of allegations made and further that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 935 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
