The petitioners, in the present case, are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 dated 14.07.2017 registered for offences alleged under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have got no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that the co-accused, Ramesh Mahto had filed a case against the deceased and others in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 111 of 2017 dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54177 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 11.06.2017 after one month they returned home and, thereafter, the father and the family members of the girl had threatened the deceased of dire consequences. It is submitted that, in course of investigation, the case has been found true against the petitioners under Section 302 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, wherein the allegations against these petitioners are said to have been found true in course of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
