The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, registered under Section 30(b)(c) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 175 kg sugar, contained in seven containers, from the Bathan of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is doing the business of sugar and grocery in the name of M/S Sonal Traders, regarding which, he has obtained registration certificate and he is paying the GST and Income Tax but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation.

Case No. 51 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
