2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that the payment to the petitioner will be made soon after the State Government disburse the required amount of Rs. 42,63,692/-. He further submitted that for the same, the petitioner had earlier filed CWJC No. 12833 of 2015, which was disposed of vide order dated 04.12.2018 and for noncompliance of the same, the petitioner had filed contempt petition bearing MJC No. 3062 of 2019. He further submitted that in the said contempt petition, the present respondents no. 1, 2 and 4 have already filed their respective show-cause informing that already steps have been taken and soon the petitioner will be paid, as soon as, the fund is received.
