2. The present petition has been filed for grant of family pension to the petitioner treating her late husband covered under old pension scheme.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner was appointed in the year 2007 by virtue of advertisement of the year 2004. After appointment the husband of the petitioner died in harness on 18.05.2016. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that for his grievances she has filed representation (Annexure-P/4), on which no decision has been taken till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner may be directed to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai.

5. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy by way of filing a fresh representation before respondent No.4, the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, within 30 days raising all his grievances and respondent No.4 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law on her representation within 90 days thereafter.
