The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 343 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was directed to bring the drafts to be handed over to the informant but the petitioner did not turn up. Earlier the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the fact that the petitioner did not bring the drafts, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
