Petitioner seeks bail in Bairiya P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 34.56 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
