2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 20 liters of country made liquor was recovered from motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
