Petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 398 of 2018 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, the police after investigation submitted chargesheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.01.2019.

No.39593 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhubani, in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 398 of 2018 and S.T. No. 165 of 2019.
