Petitioner is in custody in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer for bail has submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner and others. However, he admits that similarly circumstanced, Ragho Yadav was granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 5940 of 2018 vide order dated 14.3.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59326 of 2018(4) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No. 2421 of 2015, S.Tr. No. 167 of 2018 subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the early disposal of the criminal case. In the event, it is found that the petitioner is instrumental in delaying the trial, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
