2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 .
3 . As per prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to

No.56095 of 2024(4) dt.24-09-2024 2/3 have introduced complainant to co-accused Prabhawati Devi who received the consideration money and thereafter executed the sale deed in favour of complainant but later on complainant came to know that the land which was shown by accused person is gairmazarua land.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the complaint petition , it is apparent that petitioner is only alleged to be the introducer. He is neither witness nor identifier of the sale deed of the land in question . He has simply introduced complainant to co-accused Prabhawati Devi. Petitioner does not play any role in the alleged occurrence and there is no such allegation that this petitioner received any money from complainant. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is only alleged to have introduced the complainant with other co-accused person and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
