2. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.Case No.47 of 2017 (G.R.No.555 of 2017) pending in the Court of SDJM, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) rgistered for an offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

3. Informant of this case is the father of victim. It has been alleged that his daughter was married with this petitioner in the month of May, 2014 and since the date of marriage, this petitioner used to demand a motorcycle and on account of nonfulfillment, she was being tortured. The death of the deceased took place in the house of this petitioner within three years of marriage. The doctor has opined cause of death due to asphyxia. It further appears that the petitioner has not informed the family members

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43719 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 regarding death of the deceased rather the concerned police station reported about the death of the deceased to the informant.

4. Considering the serious nature of accusation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Prayer is rejected. (Sanjay Kumar, J) B.Kr./- U T
