The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No. 150/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner assaulted the informant on her thigh and leg. When husband of informant came to save her, he was also assaulted by this petitioner with Tangi on his head.
Injury report of informant is available in case diary, wherein doctor has found initial injury as pain in head caused by hard and blunt substance and opinion was kept reserved. Thereafter in the supplementary injury report on the basis of report
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55820 of 2018 (3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 of C.T. Scan opinion with regard to injury nos. (ii) and (iii) are given as grievous in nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both parties are agnates. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 150/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
