The petitioner is in custody in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case F.I.R. was lodged after 15 days of the alleged occurrence and petitioner is languishing in bar since 16.7.2018. Considering the delay of 15 days in lodging in F.I.R and period of custody of the petitioner since 16.7.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.
