Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

44 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has already submitted in this case.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bagaha Patkhauli Police Station Case No. 194

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40655 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
