JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kartahan P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is of killing the sister of the informant after sprinkling Kerosene oil on her body and burnt and disposed of her dead body. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that F.I.R. itself shows that the accused persons have taken her to the Hospital for treatment and the petitioner has clean antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail stating that witnesses have also stated that she was set on fire.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56373 of 2018 (3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as soon as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
