The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is also alleged that the accused persons tried to cause burn injury to the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier also the informant filed a Complaint Case wherein the process was not issued against the petitioner, process was only issued against the husband of the informant and thereafter the present case has been lodged. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50718 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S.
