The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gobarahiya P.S. Case No. 8 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 224, 225, 353 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2016. Considering the period of custody from 22.09.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobarahiya P.S.
