23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to SC-24 as well as Sri Sanjay Pandey, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.4/ Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No. 16384 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to part non-compliance of the order dated 19.12.2011. After hearing the parties, the petition stands allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.16384 of 2011 be restored to its original file provided the order dated 19.12.2011 is complied with within a period of four weeks, failing which the writ petition , i.e. C.W.J.C.No.16384 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
