2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5) & 317(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The case of the prosecution is that near the house of both the petitioners, a bike was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. It has also been submitted that there is no FIR regarding the theft of the bike. The petitioners are having criminal antecedent of one case each in which they are on bail.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 136 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Nawada.
