JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the Respondents to regularize the service of the Petitioner in Group-"D" in Jamui District after including his name in the Panel prepared for the appointment of candidates in Group-"D" in view of the Meeting held on 27.07.2019 in the Chairmanship of District Magistrate, Jamui and further for setting aside the decision taken in Clause-6(7) of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16109 of 2021(3) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 Memo No. 346/Estt. dated 09.08.2019 4-28/19-held by proceedings of Meeting dated 27.07.2019 whereby without assigning any reasons and without proper consideration the claim of the Petitioner has been rejected and further to pass any other Order / Orders for which the Petitioner found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
