The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 576 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the Bolero Jeep which was being boarded by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.04.2017.
