2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021 instituted under Section 30(a)/36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. The recovery is of 2304 litres of foreign liquor and 444 liters of Beer from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive, Special Excise Court, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Chhapra and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
