JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the tenure of the committee constituted by the Wakf Board has already lapsed and the list of the new committee sent by the Minister was approved by the Wakf Board. An appeal was filed against that, in which a petition for staying the order of the Wakf Board was filed which was rejected and has been impugned in this writ application.
