Apprehending arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners seek bail.

It is contended that the petitioner no.1 is the son of the petitioner no.2. There is a case and counter case. There is omnibus and general allegation and the allegation is trivial in nature.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and

No.42281 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Chhotu Bind and Sitaram Bind are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
