The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner was working as an Accounts Officer in Indigo Paints Private Limited and he misappropriated Rs. 1,60,300/- by making interpolations in the Accounts Book. It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any cash. He was working as an Accounts Officer. He was entrusted to do only register works. The petitioner handed over the entire records to his successor after having been retired from service.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four

No.51498 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhwendra Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Beur P.S. Case No. 152/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
