ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 A report had been called for from the court of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, who is in seisin of the case bearing N.D.P.S. Case No.32 of 2017 arising out of Official Complaint Case No.VIII(1012/Cus/Seiz/NDPS/RXL/17/4446).

From the report received from the aforesaid court, it appears that eight, out of nine witnesses have already been examined and only one witness remains to be examined and the case is fixed for evidence on 28.01.2019, which was the last date fixed in the case.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the court is directed to conclude the trial
