The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 3.4.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea, in Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 55 of 2000.

Considering that the Opposite Party No. 2 is an Angan Bari Sevika and able to maintain herself and the Opposite Party No.3, i.e. her son is already adult, the order dated 3.4.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea, in connection with Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 55 of 2000 is hereby set aside. Application stands allowed.
