ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 29.8.2013 passed in Cr. Revision No. 15 of 2013 by which the Ad hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge III, Siwan, has set aside the order dated 29.10.2012 by which he had taken cognizance under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code as against the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3.
Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any justification for interference in the revisional order. The application stands dismissed.
