The petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2017 in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.145 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the vague nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that he is having a clean past, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.145 of 2017.
