2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 509, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the son of petitioner used to sexually harass the wife and daughter of informant by sending obscene photographs and messages on their mobile.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation is against coaccused Saurabh Kumar Pathak @ Rudra the son of petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be the father of co-accused Saurabh Kumar Pathak. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
