The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a), 50 and 51 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a raid was conducted in the house of Mukesh Pasi and the petitioner and during search three plastic drums countrymade liquor had been recovered from the courtyard of the joint house of the petitioner and the co-accused Mukesh Pasi. It is further submitted that petitioner has no connection with the co-accused, Mukesh Pasi.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the recovery were made from the courtyard, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47347 of 2016 (2) dt.19-11-2016 the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.
