Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 11.09.2017 this case was directed to be listed after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case vide order dated 24.11.2017. copy of the aforesaid order has been brought on the record vide Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36949 of 2017(4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016.
