JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come only on suspicion. He is in custody since 18.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56157 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection Rajoun P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
